Adult Hatha Yoga classes

All adult yoga classes integrate yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work) , asanas( postures) and meditation . Multilevel classes are taught to accommodate various skill levels from beginners to advanced and special attention is paid to serve individual student needs. Live Classes are taught online via zoom with mirror imaging for easy following. A different theme/style of yoga class is taught each week for example , Chakra based class, wall supported yoga, Chair yoga, restorative yin yoga, modified ashtanga primary series, vinyasa , hatha yoga. So highly recommended to attend all 3 class offerings each week to feel the difference and progress with regular practice.

SIGNATURE 8 WEEK PROGRAM

A highly personalized and tailored 2 month yoga program is created based on the clients specific needs with 8 private sessions of 2 hrs each ( online or in person) and 16 group online classes of 90 min each. Includes clients with various health concerns but not limited to the following such as tight muscles, wt loss concerns, senior citizen issues, prenatal yoga, mental health like anxiety and depression, Female related problems like ovarian cysts or endometriosis, stress related chronic health issues like diabetes, thyroid problems, arthritis, asthma, digestive issues like IBS, migraine headaches. Individual Ayurvedic dosha type is analyzed including their mental, physical and emotional make up and chakra imbalance based on which a suitable yogic dietary and lifestyle plan is created of each client. All aspects of yoga needed for the specific health concern are taught which include yoga philosophy, asana( postures) , pranayama( breath-work), mudras( hand gestures), Bandhas( locks), yoga kriyas ( cleansing techniques) and meditation.The progress of client is monitored and tracked personally along with weekly detailed feedback reports and intense coaching via Whatsapp. All teachings are given in print, picture sequence, audio and video form for reference and future home practice.This program is created to help each client to tap into their own healing potential thus becoming a fierce partner in their overall health and growth.
