You will also learn how to engage the bandhas in your practice and do uddiyana bandha, agnisara and nauli. You will also understand the basis of yoga philosophy behind the pranayama

You will learn inversions like shoulderstand, headstand, handstand and forearm stand with proper alignment, technique and modifications with the help of walls and partners. Acro yogaWorkshop

Acro yoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. Its a partner based practice where there are 3 people required, a base, a flyer and a spotter to help support the base and flyer. Acro Yoga is a fun practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. The partner balancing poses improves concentration and the therapeutic aspects of acro yoga provide stress relief.
