What is Yoga ?
Yoga is a Sanskrit word derived from the root “yuj” meaning to bind together. Aim of yoga is to unite the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. It unites mind, body and soul and enhances harmony between man and his environment. Yoga is a spiritual practice with a mental and physical component to it. Yoga, in it’s many forms, cultivates overall wellness, which includes physical fitness, stress relief, inner peace, and spiritual growth.

The benefits of yoga are too numerous to list . Yoga is essentially a path to liberation from all bondage. Yoga is beneficial for musculoskeletal and cardio-vascular health. Yoga helps reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue and depression. It helps improve sleep quality and boosts the immune system thus enhancing overall sense of wellbeing.

What should I wear to class?
Please wear comfortable loose clothing to class such as yoga pants or leggings and a top that could be tucked in. Please remove all jewelry before class and your shoes and socks as yoga is practiced with bare feet

Can I eat before class?
It is recommended to refrain from eating 2-3 hours before class .

How often can I practice yoga?
You can practice yoga every day. The more often you practice the faster you observe the changes both at physical, mental and spiritual level.

What is the cost?
- Group classes online via zoom from $80 per month for 3 sessions of 90min each per week.
- Private yoga classes $150 for 60 Min And $200 for 90min.
- Corporate yoga classes are $200 for 60 Min.
- $25 drop-in for 90 Min group class.
